Instagram automation for artists

Your Instagram inbox, handled like an artist would.

Curator answers the routine comments and DMs on your work, ranks the people most likely to buy, and holds suspicious messages until you look. Less time replying. More time in the studio.

Built for artists

Automation tools were built for brands. Curator is built for artists.

Comment-to-DM automation works for selling sneakers. Selling a painting is a slower, personal conversation, and the art world has its own scams. Curator knows the difference.

Generic Instagram automation

  • Fires on keywords like “price” or “link”
  • Sends the same reply to everyone
  • Counts leads by volume
  • Answers scam messages like any other

Sulio Curator

  • Understands art questions: availability, size, shipping, commissions
  • Replies in your voice, using only facts you approved
  • Recognizes collectors, galleries, curators and interior designers
  • Turns your own artworks into reasons to talk, with daily art cards
  • Holds art-world scams for you: overpayment cheques, fake shipping agents, paid “exhibition” offers
Comments & DMs, connected

Three ways a conversation reaches Curator.

A comment under your post, a private reply that turns into a chat, or a DM. Curator handles each one, and every route ends in the same place: a clear record of who is interested in your work.

Instagram sets the rules for private replies, such as one reply per comment within a limited time. Curator follows them and only continues a chat the person chooses to answer. A suspicious message on any route gets no reply. It is held for your review.
Relationship intelligence

Know where each relationship stands.

An inbox only shows the latest message. Curator reads every comment and DM from the same person over time, tells you what they seem to want, and suggests how you could keep the relationship going.

Daily art cards

Give your audience a reason to return.

A little art, every day. When someone writes to you, Curator can invite them to draw a card: one of your paintings with a short thought for the day. A passing compliment becomes a moment with your work.

  1. 1A conversation invites a draw. Someone comments or sends you a DM. Curator offers them today's card.
  2. 2They accept, and the card arrives. Curator picks one of the works you approved and sends it in DM with its title and a thought for the day.
  3. 3See what brings people back. Learn which works your audience keeps drawing, saving and asking about.

Cards go only to people who are already talking with you, and only if they say yes. Drawing cards shows engagement, not buying intent, so it never moves anyone up your buyer ranking.

Why we call it Curator
You create the art. Curator cares for the conversations around it.

curare (Latin): to care for

Curators care for artworks and how people encounter them. Your work keeps speaking after it leaves the studio, in every comment, question and message. Some need a simple reply. Some come from a future collector. Some call for caution.

Curator starts with your Instagram conversations: looking after them, so the people who matter reach you.

How it works

Set it up once. Check in when it matters.

1

Connect Instagram

Sign in with your Instagram professional account and choose which posts and messages Curator can handle.

2

Write your rules

Tell Curator what it may say: which works are available, how you ship, whether you take commissions. Add a few sample replies so it writes in your voice.

3

Get back to work

Curator handles the routine. You get a notification when a potential buyer or a suspicious message needs you, plus one short daily digest of everything else.

You stay in control

Curator assists. You decide.

Selling your work is your call. Curator takes care of the routine and leaves every decision with you.

  • No cold messages. Curator only replies to people who contacted you, within Instagram's messaging rules.
  • No deals on your behalf. It never quotes a price you didn't approve, confirms a sale, or accepts a commission.
  • Held means held. Suspicious messages get no reply until you review them.
  • Off in one tap. Pause any automation, or all of it, at any time.
FAQ

Questions artists ask

Which Instagram account do I need?

An Instagram professional account (Creator or Business). Switching from a personal account is free and takes a minute in Instagram's settings.

Will Curator sell my work for me?

No. Curator answers routine questions and tells you when someone looks like a serious buyer. Prices, sales and commissions stay between you and the collector.

Can it stop every scam?

No tool can promise that. Curator holds messages that match common art-world scam patterns so they don't get an automatic reply, and you review them yourself.

Is Sulio Curator part of Instagram?

No. Sulio Curator is an independent product by Sulio Art. It connects to your account through Instagram's official API, with your permission.

Spend less time answering. More time with the people who buy your work.
